| At Wire 2006, WTM will present a new high speed Vertical Taping Line, provided with two double-motorized heads, suitable for the production of special wires. Specialists in taping and wrapping technology, WTM will display the new greneration of taping heads, each equipped with two motors and suitable to handle reels of tape up to 10,000 meters of length and 10 kilograms of weight, 300mm of diameter and 130 mm of height at a constant production speed of 2500 rpm. The machine is capable of working with most of the tapes currently available on the market, and is especially designed for soft tapes like non-sintered PTFE thin tapes.
